This Shipping Policy explains how Cellula Laboratories processes, ships and delivers orders placed through www.cellulalab.com.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Shipping Coverage
Cellula Laboratories delivers orders to locations that are serviceable by our courier and logistics partners.
Service availability may depend on:
- Delivery PIN code
- Courier coverage
- Product availability
- Local restrictions
- Weather or transport conditions
We may be unable to deliver to certain remote or restricted locations. Where delivery is unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be contacted and any prepaid amount for the affected order will be refunded.
2. Shipping Charges
The following shipping charges apply:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- A shipping charge of ₹90 on orders valued at ₹999 or below
The final shipping charge, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. These charges match the shipping terms currently shown on the Cellula Laboratories website.
Additional charges may apply for special delivery requests, remote locations or services specifically selected by the customer. Any such charge will be communicated before the order is processed.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification.
Processing may take longer when:
- A product is temporarily unavailable
- The order is placed during a sale or promotional event
- Additional customer verification is required
- The delivery address is incomplete or incorrect
- Sundays or public holidays occur during the processing period
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will ordinarily be processed on the next working day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the customer’s location, product availability and courier serviceability.
An estimated delivery period may be communicated through the order-confirmation message, dispatch notification or tracking details.
Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Transport disruptions
- Courier delays
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or civil disturbances
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Cellula Laboratories will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when an order is delayed.
5. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After an order is successfully placed, the customer may receive an order-confirmation message through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available communication method.
Once the order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared where provided by the courier partner.
Tracking updates are managed by the courier company and may take some time to appear after dispatch.
6. Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
- Recipient’s full name
- House, flat or building number
- Street or locality
- Landmark, where required
- City and state
- Correct PIN code
- Active mobile number
Cellula Laboratories will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information submitted by the customer.
7. Changing the Delivery Address
A delivery address may be changed only before the order has been packed or dispatched.
Customers should contact us immediately after placing the order if a correction is required. Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, an address change may not be possible.
Any additional courier charges arising from a customer-requested address change may need to be paid by the customer.
8. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner may contact the customer before or during delivery.
Customers should ensure that:
- The provided phone number remains active
- Someone is available to receive the shipment
- The delivery location is accessible
- Any required payment is ready for a cash-on-delivery order
The courier partner may make more than one delivery attempt, depending on its operating policy.
If delivery repeatedly fails because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect or the customer refuses the shipment, the package may be returned to Cellula Laboratories.
9. Cash-on-Delivery Orders
Where cash on delivery is available, customers must pay the complete order amount at the time of delivery.
Cash-on-delivery availability may depend on:
- Delivery location
- Order value
- Product category
- Courier serviceability
- Previous order history
Cellula Laboratories may contact the customer to verify a cash-on-delivery order before dispatch.
Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of cash-on-delivery orders may result in the option being restricted for future purchases.
10. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Customers should inspect the outer package before accepting delivery.
Do not accept the package if it appears:
- Opened
- Severely damaged
- Tampered with
- Resealed suspiciously
- Empty or unusually light
Where possible, record photographs or a short video showing the package’s condition.
If the package is accepted and the product inside is damaged, leaking, incorrect or missing, contact us within the period stated in our Refund and Returns Policy.
11. Missing or Incorrect Products
Customers should check the products after delivery.
If an item is missing or an incorrect product has been delivered, contact us with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Photographs of the package
- Photograph of the shipping label
- Images or video of the items received
- Copy of the invoice, where available
The complaint will be reviewed before a replacement or refund is approved.
12. Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received
When tracking shows that an order has been delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer should:
- Check with family members, neighbours, reception staff or building security.
- Confirm that the delivery address provided was correct.
- Contact Cellula Laboratories within 3 calendar days of the delivery update.
We will raise an investigation with the courier partner. A replacement or refund will be considered after the courier investigation has been completed.
13. Delayed Shipments
Customers should contact us if the shipment has not arrived within the estimated delivery period.
We will attempt to obtain an update from the courier partner. However, investigation timelines are controlled partly by the courier company.
A delay alone does not automatically mean that the shipment has been lost. Where the courier confirms that a prepaid shipment has been lost, Cellula Laboratories may provide a replacement or refund.
14. Failed or Returned Deliveries
A shipment may be returned to us when:
- The customer is unavailable
- The address is incomplete or incorrect
- The customer refuses delivery
- The courier cannot contact the recipient
- The delivery location is not serviceable
- Required cash-on-delivery payment is not made
Where the delivery failure resulted from customer-provided information or refusal to accept the shipment, shipping and return-to-origin charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Reshipping may require payment of an additional shipping charge.
15. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has been packed, invoiced or handed over to the courier partner.
For successfully cancelled prepaid orders, the refund will be processed according to the Refund and Returns Policy.
16. Multiple Shipments
Products in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately because of product availability, packaging requirements or fulfilment arrangements.
Customers will not ordinarily be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
17. Promotional Offers
Free-shipping promotions may be subject to:
- Minimum order value

- Product eligibility
- Delivery location
- Coupon conditions
- Other promotional terms
Where a promotional offer conflicts with this Shipping Policy, the terms specifically displayed with that offer will apply for its duration.

Responsibility for the shipment remains with Cellula Laboratories until it is delivered to the address provided by the customer or accepted by a person at that address.
After successful delivery, customers are responsible for the storage, handling and use of the products.
19. Force Majeure
Cellula Laboratories will not be responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fires, epidemics, government action, transport shutdowns, strikes, war, civil unrest or courier-network disruptions.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and complete delivery when normal operations resume.
